The buildings of the complex are functional, eco—friendly and meet modern requirements. Thanks to the panoramic glazing, the apartments are provided with daylight. After the reconstruction of the Alley of Heroes is completed, the residents of the complex can safely and comfortably go directly to the sea on specially laid walking bridges. The height of the skyscraper is 205 meters. The most beautiful sea panorama opens from the upper floors. The complex consists of three blocks – A (29 floors), B (38 floors) and C (47 floors). Up to the 6th floor – commercial areas and a business center, above – residential apartments.
