A real estate tour is an exciting journey through hot Georgia. In three days you will immerse yourself in the local flavor: you will see natural beauties, visit traditional restaurants and learn the history of the people.

Day 1

9:00-11:00

We will meet you at the airport and take you to the hotel. After you check in, you will be treated to a delicious breakfast with
breathtaking views of the sea.

11:00-13:00

You will take an informational tour of the city with a lunch break in a traditional Georgian restaurant.

13:00-17:00

We will introduce you live to the properties you are interested in and answer all your questions.

17:00-18:00

You will take a walk on the ship with delicious food and dynamic music. And after that, you will visit the Ferris Wheel attraction, from where you can enjoy the incredible beauty of the sunset.

Optional

If you wish, you can visit a local casino and try your luck.

Day 2

9:00-16:00

Your day will start with breakfast. Next, we will go for a walk through the picturesque vineyards of Adjara. There you will be able to taste exquisite varieties of Georgian wine and meet a family that has been engaged in winemaking for more than a century. And then, you will take part in a master class on cooking Adjarian dishes.

16:00-18:00

You will visit the feast, during which you will learn the local history and understand what Georgian toasts are so famous for.

Day 3

9:00-14:00

Your day will start with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Then we will go on a tour of the Botanical Garden, which is famous for its rare plants and amazing design landscape.

14:00-18:00

We will taste local cuisine in an atmospheric Georgian restaurant, where all traditional recipes and customs are kept. After that, we will go to watch the dolphin show.

We will go on a small bike tour through the most colorful places of the city.

Under what conditions is the tour free?

When buying a property, the tour is completely free.

Where will I stay during the tour?

Upon arrival in Georgia, you will be immediately taken to the hotel. You will stay there for 3 days.

What are the entry rules in Georgia?

If you have passed a two-stage vaccination, then entry without a PCR test. If you have not been vaccinated, then you must show a PCR test with a negative result when entering the country. Also, you have to take the test in 3 days.

What are the rules for visiting public places in the country?

Visiting public places is only possible with a green passport: A PCR test with a negative result, which is valid for 72 hours; Certificate with QR code about vaccination; Certificate of the presence of antibodies, which is valid for 6 months after the COVID-19 disease.

How much does a real estate tour cost?

The cost is calculated individually, based on your wishes in the leisure program. The price of the tour without a flight is 500-800 $ per person. In case of purchase of real estate, the tour is paid by Sea Inside together with the flight from your country.

Is there a pick-up from the airport?

Yes. The Sea Inside staff will meet you upon arrival in Georgia in a Mercedes-Benz Vito minivan.

What attractions will be on the tour?

You will take a guided tour of Batumi, walk through the highlands of Adjara and enjoy the nature of the Botanical Garden.

Where can I get medical travel insurance?

You can make insurance yourself. Or, you can contact our specialists. The cost of this service depends on the number of days spent in Georgia and the filling of the insurance.

If my plane lands in Tbilisi, what transport should I use to get to Batumi?

Our employee will meet you at the airport and escort you to the double-decker train. We will buy business class tickets for you in advance. In total, you will spend 5.5 hours on the way.
