From 1 to 30 November 2026, developer Metropol is cutting prices on selected apartments in its two towers in central Batumi, Cube and Oval. Both buildings stand next to Batumi Stadium, a five minute walk from the sea, with handover in Q4 2027.
Cube: up to 22 % off
Six apartments are in the offer. For example:
- One bedroom, 88.9 m², 17th floor, panoramic sea view: $181,934 instead of $232,385.
- One bedroom, 76.6 m², 20th floor, sea and city view: $176,151 instead of $204,752.
- Studio, 57.5 m², 29th floor, sea and city view: $162,578 instead of $184,748.
Oval: up to 17 % off
Six apartments here too. For example:
- One bedroom, 72.9 m², 12th floor: $129,808 instead of $155,642.
- One bedroom, 61.7 m², 27th floor, sea view: $135,928 instead of $161,284.
- One bedroom, 62.1 m², 12th floor: $111,447 instead of $132,584.
Prices are for green frame apartments, from the developer price list of 28 October 2026. Only a few apartments are in the offer and sold ones drop out.
