- Down payment of $9,050 in November 2026 and another $9,050 in December, 15 % in total.
- Then 48 monthly payments of $2,137, from January 2027 to December 2030.
How to cover the payments after handover is up to the buyer: own funds, a bank mortgage or rental income.
