How the payment works
- 12 % of the price on purchase.
- 40 % in equal payments over 40 months, interest free.
- The remaining 48 % in month 41.
Monthly payment
- Studio: from $980 a month.
- One bedroom apartment: from $1,450 a month.
- Two bedroom apartment: from $2,000 a month.
The terms are valid until 30 November 2026, according to the developer. The exact schedule depends on the apartment; a manager will calculate it from the current price list.
